The Orion Jig, a fairly compact metal, can be used when casting or vertically. It’s profile is the right compromise to allow a fast sink with slight flutters on the drop. It is these flutters that give life to the jig and trigger attacks. Like most metal lures, vary your retrieve: changing speed and using pauses can push all the right buttons and triggers violent strikes.

Designed by Eric Le Guyader for fishermen operating on our shores or in exotic. The Orion Jig has a slightly more compact shape than the average, just enough, and can be used to cast on feeding frenzy (60 g) or vertical jigging. Its unique shape gives it a rapid descent and very sharp lateral oscillations. Simple to use and very attractive to the descent as in recovery, it is a standard for many years and it is essential in any box jiggueur respectable!
Remember to alternate the speed and recovery amplitudes to get the most excited and the GT, dogtooth tunas, groupers etc.
